Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 16, 2026

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy covers the website at zeencortexs.com, referred to below as "we," "us," or "this site." We publish independent information and review content about ZenCortex, a dietary supplement produced by ZenCortex Research and sold through ClickBank.

We are not ZenCortex Research. We are not ClickBank. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or employed by either company. We are an affiliate publisher, which means we earn a commission when a reader buys through our links. That relationship is disclosed openly on every page of this site.

Questions about this policy can be sent to support@zencortexhq.com.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you give us directly

This site has no account system, no checkout, and no shopping cart. Under normal use, you can read every word here without giving us anything at all. The only time we receive personal information directly is when you choose to email us. In that case we receive your email address and whatever you write in the message.

2.2 Information collected automatically

Like nearly every website, our servers and analytics tools record technical information when you visit:

None of this identifies you by name. It tells us that someone in Ohio using an iPhone read the ingredients section for two minutes. It does not tell us who that person is.

2.3 Information we never collect

We do not collect payment card numbers, bank details, billing addresses, shipping addresses, Social Security numbers, health records, or medical history. If a page on this site ever asks you for any of those things, it is not a page we published, and you should close it immediately.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. This site uses a small number of them.

3.1 Affiliate tracking cookies

When you click a ZenCortex link on this site, ClickBank places a cookie in your browser that records which affiliate referred you. If you then buy something, that cookie is how the commission gets attributed to us. It contains a referral identifier. It does not contain your name, and we cannot read your payment information through it.

3.2 Analytics cookies

We use analytics software to understand which content is useful and which is being skipped. These cookies record aggregate behavior patterns, not personal identity.

3.3 Functional cookies

A small number of cookies may remember basic display preferences so the site behaves consistently between visits.

3.4 How to control cookies

Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies through its settings menu. Blocking analytics cookies will not break anything on this site. Blocking the affiliate cookie will also not break anything, though it does mean we earn nothing if you purchase. You are entirely free to do that.

4. Third Party Services

A few outside services are involved in delivering this site, and each has its own privacy policy that governs its own handling of data:

We do not control these companies and we cannot make promises on their behalf. We recommend reading their policies if their handling of your data matters to you.

5. How We Use Information

The technical data described above is used to keep this site running properly, to understand which articles readers find useful, to detect abuse or automated traffic, to improve page speed and layout, and to confirm whether affiliate referrals are being tracked correctly. If you email us, we use your address for the sole purpose of replying to you.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to data brokers. We do not build advertising profiles about you, and we do not run an email marketing list from this site.

6. Data Retention

Aggregated analytics data is typically retained for up to 26 months, after which it is deleted or further aggregated beyond any individual attribution. Server logs are generally kept for a much shorter window, usually 30 to 90 days, for security and troubleshooting. Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to resolve your question, and then deleted.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights over your personal data. These commonly include the right to know what is held about you, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate data, the right to opt out of any sale of personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

Two of those deserve a plain note. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. And because we hold so little that identifies anyone individually, a deletion request will usually be quick to honor. Send any request to support@zencortexhq.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If you want data deleted from your ZenCortex order itself, that request goes to ZenCortex Research or ClickBank, since they hold it and we never do.

8. Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit a Do Not Track signal. There is still no industry consensus on how sites should interpret it, so this site does not currently respond to DNT headers. Browser-level cookie controls give you more reliable results.

9. Children's Privacy

This site is intended for adults. Its subject matter is a dietary supplement not suitable for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Data Security

This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and we apply reasonable safeguards to the limited data we hold. No system connected to the internet is perfectly secure, and any site that tells you otherwise is overpromising. The genuine reassurance here is structural rather than technical: we hold almost nothing worth stealing, because your payment and identity data never touches our servers in the first place.

11. International Visitors

This site is operated for a United States audience, and data may be processed on servers located in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in a jurisdiction with different data protection laws than your own.

12. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as the site changes or as legal requirements shift. Any revision will be posted here with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.

13. Contact

For privacy questions about this website, email support@zencortexhq.com.

For anything about an actual ZenCortex order, including refunds, shipping, tracking, or billing, contact ZenCortex Research or ClickBank directly through the official website. We have no access to order records and cannot look anything up for you.
